Here is a list of the meals I ate throughout the day. I will include as many pictures as I can too. Please let me know if you would like to follow along with me and we can encourage each other. It’s way easier to accomplish a detox goal with healthy support!
DAY 1
Breakfast:

My organic coffee is blended with Brain Octane and Pumpkin Spice. I use my Magic Bullet to blend my special coffees and my smoothies throughout the day. It’s super easy to clean and it’s small, so it’s easy to store. My steel cut oats are mixed with walnuts, unsweetened coconut, water, raisins, vanilla, and pumpkin spice. That was a super-filling and satisfying meal too. I’m stuffed!
Lunch:

Lunch was delicious too. I fried a clove of garlic in some olive oil. Then I shredded some organic baby spinach and threw that in the pan. Last were 2 organic free-range eggs. The meal was filling and delicious!
Snack:
I made a smoothie with ACV, frozen blueberries, water and a dash of pumpkin spice. It’s so good!
Dinner:

This dinner was really satisfying. I made plain couscous and drizzled some olive oil on it. Then I steamed some organic brussel sprouts, fried up turkey and seasoned that with a fresh squeezed lemon. Lastly, I garnished the whole plate with some chili pepper 🌶 flakes for some spice.

Its tough to find dressing without salt added. I am going to make some of my own tomorrow so I can use it to garnish my meals. I’ll let you know how that goes. I’m thinking…olive oil and avacado with 🌶? What do you think?
