17. Two-way communication with all stakeholders is essential for establishing continuity, support, and shared goals both within the district and with the surrounding community.

18. The Board has a responsibility to advocate on behalf all students, keep current on legislative issues affecting education, and build positive relationships with local, state, and federal representatives.
Julie, Vitale, You are bound by the description of your job and enormous Oceanside tax-paid salary ($316,000) to reply to the authority that give you your position.  We hired you to manage the details.  If you cannot uphold your position and the requirements you signed up for, you will be reassigned, and a more competent and compassionate candidate will be put in place.  
Members of the Board, who speak with the actual owners of the children, the parents, the ones in charge of the children in the schools.  We are your superiors, you will remember that when you come before our board.  That is ours.  Not yours.  You speak in condescending tones and no empathy when in our presence.  

Stacy Begin – your name says it all.  

You need to BEGIN, you need a fresh start.  You remove your own mask when you use your microphone.  
Why do you wear a mask at all? Is it a political stunt?  Is it part of the costume of your political agenda?  
Oceanside City Council do not wear masks in their meetings?  Are they less likely to catch a virus?  Does the air circulate differently for them?  Are you in a lower class status then the Councilmembers?  Are you being held down like our children are?  Class segregation.  Does that bother you too?

You start the meeting – “ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.”  You are calling out to the God who created you.  Do you not fear Him?

How does it prevent virus?
If a mask is a barrier, how does it allow circulation?
If a mask is a barrier, how does poisonous CO2 circulate?
If a mask is a barrier, and poisonous CO2 does not circulate, how is that healthy?
How is it okay for a barrier, which allows poisonous CO2 to be trapped and renter my lungs recommended for 7 hours on a child?
If the mask is circulating properly, how is it preventing a virus?
If a mask is circulating and CO2 is a non-issue, then it is NOT PREVENTING A VIRUS.
A mask is then deemed unnecessary, and must not be a mandate.

As a citizen of the United States, under the control of the One True God, through the gift of the Holy Spirit, Spoken to the elected officials in service to those who elected them, you are being charged to respond. 
The people of this God-Given land demand a response. We are calling you to action. Tax-payers, we fund Julie’s $316,000 annual salary And Superintendent Julie is not replying. Is that transparency? Is responding to our questions part of her job description? At such a large scale salary – taken from our hard earned income, how do we feel when our questions are not answered?Why are you paid so much and remain in silence?Do you have the knowledge and wisdom to reply?

I understand there is due process.  We have systems in place to assist in lawful conduct and systematic representation of the public.  However, when those processes become insane, new measures must be instated.  People that go to school board meetings under due process to address the tyranny against children are not allowed to engage in conversation, they may ask questions, but the questions are not answered.  
This is unlawful.  Now we will address conversation in written manner so it is not misunderstood and/or can be recorded.
I am coming before you as a Christian Mom.  I am a child of the God whose Name is stated on our currency, in our judicial systems, in congress, at the White House and He is being blasphemed openly.  This will end one of two ways, we will see revival and a renewal of brave, bold, courageous leaders who willingly, lovingly and respectfully pay honor to the God who created them.  Who are not afraid to say God’s name in public, pray over their people, respect morality and justice, stop tyranny now, protect the innocent, defend justice and overall love and care for the people of this awesome Free Country. Or we will see the abomination of our land, or freedom and absolute dissolve of liberty, justice and the pursuit of happiness.  Fact.
Mayor Sanchez, you openly proclaimed that you are a woman of faith.  What faith?  Are you openly praying in council with your honorable Councilmemebers, many of which are Christians too?  Do you fear your Lord?  Do you fear the people God made more?  Are you a woman of faith?  Did you take this position because you are bold, willing, and in service to God?  We are at war people.  The War I am most concerned about is the one on my God and my children.  This is fact.  The Constitution is deteriorating all around us.  Visibly.  Those are facts, not science fiction like the book 1984 by George Orwell, which strangely and seemingly is becoming like a prophetic book in light of what we are surrounded by.
It is time to stop hiding under covers like my 5 and 7 year old children do when they are scared.  It is time to muscle up, be realistic, command the room and charge forward against tyranny.  Yes, we may be a small city in comparison to the rest of California, but how many cities can boast that knowingly 3 out of 5 – that I am aware of are openly Christian members of Government.  I charge you to press forward with morality, not inclusion of evil, to resist the temptation of the devil to comply to insanity – Insanity is the acknowledgement of GOD’s punishment of his people.  Here is a quote from the Bible: the divine and alive book which FACT, not fiction.

Instead, they became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless minds were darkened. 22 While claiming to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for the likeness of an image of mortal man or of birds or of four-legged animals or of snakes.
Let’s stop worshipping the idols of government, man up and stand your ground.  This is absurd that you act in compliant fear Government and not the Lord who created you.  Do you think that if you start speaking HIS NAME publicly that HE will punish you?  Or will HE BLESS YOU? 
I understand that the Mayor and Councilmembers are allowed to attend the Oceanside School Board Meetings.  Well, you need to go, and you need to tell the Superintendent the following:
She will Be removing the support of illegal Marxist and Communist supportive theories (guised under CRT and other common names). 
They will not require masks at our schools because it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL (citizens have the right to choice and health and safety and may peacefully disagree with government), school systems will not require: any type of FACTUAL harmful medicines to be forced on our children.  
It is going to be recorded by public appearance that you, the elected members who REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF OCEANSIDE AND THE CONSTITUTION will stand for Oceanside, for the children and for Righteousness, Lawful Justice and we will be a pebble that drops in the waters that will spread revival, across this nation.  IN GOD WE TRUST.  
2 Chronicles 7:14-15: is a promise, not a suggestion.  Do you want to heal this land?  Do the RIGHT THING.14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall ^ahumble themselves, and ^bpray, and seek my ^cface, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
Will God of all – Alpha and Omega – punish you for speaking His name, and obeying Him and not the Evil One?  Also, I am charged by God to call you out and speak His name.  If I didn’t write this email, I would be under direct disobedience to the Lord who gave me these words to say.  If I did not say them, I will be judged, and I fear God, nothing else.
