The Fellowship of the Believers Acts 2
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
The Temple Tax Matthew 17
24 After Jesus and his disciples arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the two-drachma temple tax came to Peter and asked, “Doesn’t your teacher pay the temple tax?”
25 “Yes, he does,” he replied.
When Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. “What do you think, Simon?” he asked. “From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes—from their own children or from others?”
26 “From others,” Peter answered.
“Then the children are exempt,” Jesus said to him. 27 “But so that we may not cause offense, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours.”
Matthew 22:16-24
16 They sent their disciples to him along with the Herodians. “Teacher,” they said, “we know that you are a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. You aren’t swayed by others, because you pay no attention to who they are. 17 Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay the imperial tax[a] to Caesar or not?”
18 But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, “You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? 19 Show me the coin used for paying the tax.” They brought him a denarius, 20 and he asked them, “Whose image is this? And whose inscription?”
21 “Caesar’s,” they replied.
Then he said to them, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”
22 When they heard this, they were amazed. So they left him and went away.

Exempt Purposes – Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)
The exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) are charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition, and preventing cruelty to children or animals.
The term charitable is used in its generally accepted legal sense and includes relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; advancement of religion; advancement of education or science; erecting or maintaining public buildings, monuments, or works; lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions; eliminating prejudice and discrimination; defending human and civil rights secured by law; and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
Maintaining 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt
Status Overview Course
Why would respected members of society, business owners, pastors and charitable organizations, allow themselves to be instructed like adolescent children!? The government teaches these highly educated adults like children by using a character called the “Stay Exempt Eagle“? by using a finger-puppet?
RED FLAG!
Leagle: I’m Leagle, the StayExempt Eagle, and I’ll guide you through the courses here at StayExempt. During this course, you’ll engage in several Knowledge Checks. These questions will reinforce your learning experience.

– No. Any amount of inurement is grounds for loss of tax-exempt status – and the insider
involved may be subject to excise tax. But, if the activities of an organization privately benefit
someone who is not an insider, that benefit must be substantial in order to jeopardize the
organization’s tax-exempt status. But as I said earlier, prohibited inurement or private benefit
doesn’t include reasonable payments for services, other payments that further tax-exempt
purposes, or payments for the fair market value of real or personal property.
Well, we’ve found that an organization is more likely to operate effectively and
consistently with tax law requirements if it can clearly articulate its purpose, selects a
knowledgeable and committed governing body and management team, and adopts sound
management practices.
The IRS requests information about an organization’s governance on the application for tax
exemption – and again annually on the information return most organizations must file.

Why does the government impose excise taxes?
Creation of Excise Taxes
They are typically used to accomplish two goals: to raise money for various public efforts and to discourage certain public behaviors. This is apparent in many of the goods that are subject to excise taxes.
Goods Commonly Subject to Excise Taxes:
- Cigarettes
- Whiskey
- Firearms
- Gasoline
- Indoor tanning

Matthew 6:26-30
26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?
My questions are directed toward American Church Leaders. After reading the book, instructed by you to read, A Letter To the American Church, my eyes have been opened, and I have many questions. Specifically concerning the 1954 silencing act – where Congress approved an amendment by Sen. Lyndon Johnson to prohibit 501(c)(3) organizations, which includes charities and churches, from engaging in any political campaign activity. Please pray with me to the Lord, and please keep an open dialogue.
Has the church in fact signed the contract which allows the status of being tax exempt? If so, does does the church fully understand the implications of this contract and could you please explain first what the church has been required to compromise? Yes, we understand the benefits, but we also understand that nothing contractually concerned with the IRS is given for free. What did the church leaders have to sacrifice to the IRS to enjoy the benefits?
According to the church’s contract with the IRS – tax exempt businesses must report to the IRS in order to give the tax exempt receipts to their congregation – this, in turn, means that the right hand knows exactly what the left hand is doing. Is this action against Biblical teaching? Matthew 6:3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
The love of money should be avoided at all cost, if the church is generously giving to the Lord, should your reward should be from God, not the IRS? For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10
In return for a tax exempt status, the IRS can punish those under the 501c3 contract. Those under contract must abide by the rules and regulations or suffer the consequences. These rules and regulations silence churches on certain topics that may or may not affect the congregation. Pastors may not discuss certain topics relating to government. Even though Jesus instructed on matters of government, as stated above, in Matthew 17 and Matthew 22, pastors, in fact, have been silenced and restricted to not be like Jesus, like the Bible commands.
Danny Werfel, was sworn in this year to serve as the agency’s 50th permanent commissioner. Danny Werfel, a former acting IRS commissioner under the Obama administration, is also supported by Janet Yellen.
Under the 501c3 contract, Church Leaders have been restricted to run their business under the silencing rules of the government, which may benefit the government more than the congregation. We read in Daniel, in fact, where Daniel kept praying to God, even when he knew death was the consequence. Daniel, in fact, prayed in his window, on full display. Have American Preachers been silenced for too long and must they decide to act along with Daniel and choose to not stay quiet like the government commands they should?
10 Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before. 11 Then these men went as a group and found Daniel praying and asking God for help. 12 So they went to the king and spoke to him about his royal decree: “Did you not publish a decree that during the next thirty days anyone who prays to any god or human being except to you, Your Majesty, would be thrown into the lions den?”
Daniel 6
If Mordecai had been silent after discovering Haman’s plan, do you think Esther would have had the information she needed to make the request to King Xerxes and save the lives of her people? God’s People, the Jews? Silent is a choice, an act against God and His command to defend the innocent. When it is children whom the American Government has declared war on, who will stand up and fight? Who will choose to be silent?
The punishment to dissolve a tax exempt contract with the IRS includes paying excise taxes. This could mean the death of the church as we know it. In order to dissolve the 501c3 contract, the IRS can punish severely. Click to access dissolving.pdf
He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. Your clothes did not wear out and your feet did not swell during these forty years.
Know then in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the Lord your God disciplines you.
Deuteronomy 8:
If the American Church decides to protect and stay in contract with the State of California, how will that affect my understanding of the Bible in its entirety. The Bible was written as a divine instruction manual on life – it was written without the constraints of time. We are described as sheep by Jesus, therefore if the Bible is in fact true – and we will know it is – then I am a sheep in need of a shepherd. If I have learned that my shepherd is restricted by a contract that silences certain topics, and makes the organization of our church work against Biblical teaching, should I have concerns and questions for my church leaders? The answer for me, is “yes.”
- Will our church protect the 501c3 and stay under contract with the State of California, and for what reasons does the church decide to do this?
- Will our church comply to all of the government regulations on their business?
- Where do you establish you first love, or loyalty is it first to government, and then to our God?
Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. But those who hate him he will repay to their face by destruction; he will not be slow to repay to their face those who hate him. Therefore, take care to follow the commands, decrees and laws I give you today.
Deuteronomy 7:9-11
Are complacency and comfort the American church’s gods?
The enemy works best by complicating the simplicity of the Bible, where it states to protect the innocent and the children. Matthew 18
The enemy is most clearly defined by Jesus when he declared that Satan: “He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44
I understand that wisdom comes from the Bible and you must consider the source when being questioned on anything. You know who I am, you know my family and you understand everything the Lord has done in our lives. I know that you asked the congregation to read the Letter to the American Church for a reason, that you all read it and that information on this topic has been growing in rapid rates over the last three years. Jesus wants us to be aware and ready for a massive change as the enemy encroaches on our Biblical way of life.
Understanding is a wellspring of life to him who has it.
But the correction of fools is folly. Proverbs 16:22
The pressure is building. The enemy is at war with our children and I have been fighting this battle since 2020 when it first began. God has blessed me to be stung by every blow of the enemy, I was blessed to live 31 years in a socialist country, I will defend our God-given freedom until I die. I was blessed to have health issues that prevented me from wearing a mask and stood in the fire for my children’s social and health benefit. I was blessed to run Congressional races and be introduced to many processes of government. I was blessed to suffer from the torment of sexual child abuse and know with righteous and empathetic power – the pain and suffering we must fight against – we must defend children.
The Good Samaritan did action. He acted to save the life of the man attacked by robbers. We must act now.
The Parable of the Good Samaritan
25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
Luke 10:25-37
It is time to take back the justice system and seek retribution. “Repent” in the words of Jonah! We must speak loudly against our government and tell them NO – for such a time as this. I have released myself from the punishment of the millstone. Have you?
Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh will be overthrown.” 5 The Ninevites believed God. A fast was proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.
Jonah 3:4-5
If repentance is necessary then I call you to repent for the sake of my family and my children. We must fear God alone.
The entire Bible is sound, righteous, and fact – every part – not some.
Deborah was a prophet and a Judge – Who led the armies of Naphtali in war against Jabin’s army and won and brought peace for 20 years. Substantiated with Biblical truth, with guidance from the church itself, I support American Churches who choose to release themselves from the chains of California’s Communist government agencies. Only the Holy Spirit can guide you to truth. It is the Holy Spirit who convicts us to act for God alone.
Oh taste and see that God is good, His mercy endures forever. In His will, He will do what is just – and those who are faithful to the end will bask in eternal spiritual blessings. His promises are “yes” and “amen” – provided for those who are called according to His will.
This is a message to the church – not to pagans – from our Bible.
