Can you imagine heaven?
Can you imagine with me?
we are walking hand in hand
in awe of God’s glory!
and then we hear
someone calling your name
we turn around and we see
she is waving as she came
she said do you remember me?
from so many years ago?
i was a little girl, only ten or so…
you used to teach Awana
and every week you’d say a prayer
about how Jesus loved me too
the gospel, you loved to share
and i decide to follow Jesus with you
and I joined you in that prayer

Then another girl stood before us
And said remember the time
you saw that I was all alone
you saw the tear in my eye
and you didn’t walk away
you held me tight and said
i love you and generously
you invited me to church with you
and you showed me Jesus’ way
Jesus spoke in that love you gave
and that’s why I am here today.
