take time to stop and stare

The power and the majesty of God is truly exemplified at the beach.  This beach is my favorite.  Each powerful wave crashes the shoreline of rocks and forces them to roll over on themselves.  The sound this creates is enchanting.  I’m so happy that my children share my fascination with rocks.  We spend hours searching and sharing our favorite finds.  Small, fascinating, beautiful and powerful creations.  My children, my Love for you has no end, it goes to heaven and back again.

Take time to stop, to sit and stare

at all the beauty that’s always there

let it in, be genuine, truly care

life is too busy, the internet breeds

likes, dislikes, timelines and feeds

peel your eyes from the devil’s screens

cause if you don’t, times like this

will fade away and you will miss

the beauty, the blessings, each small precious thing

pure and perfect joy

little people, little ideas, that God’s blessings bring

Luke 18:16

But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”

If that verse doesn’t give you goosebumps, you are not alive.

Traveling Kindness Rocks

It’s inspiring what a small beach rock can do.
