So folks, I am Canadian and American.  I enjoy all the benefits of being a dual citizen.  It’s pretty awesome.  I spent the majority of my days in Canada longing and praying for life in America.  I have always related more to my American heritage.  I am so driven by Capitalistic ideals and drive.  To achieve the best, you have to BE the best.  You have to push harder than your piers and never look back.  My childhood in Nova Scotia was too passive and slow for me.  That is Simply My Swank perspective.  “Slow as you go” was never something I could relate to.  I love my life in sunny California, I am 100% at home here.

There are nostalgic and beautiful things about my Canadian life that I cling to.  It’s a beautiful part of my past and I am so proud to be a contributor to both countries.  I am going to share some Swank Approved Canadian topics over the next couple of days.

Canadian skin care products:

I believe that the safety guidelines on products manufactured and supplied in Canada are much more strict than they are here in America.  I am so thankful for AmazonSmile.  This website allows me to buy my Canadian products here in California.  AND I get it in 2 days!!! whoop!  I love the whole LIVE CLEAN product line.  My sister introduced me to it after I had my first baby.

Live Clean absolutely lives in my house.  It is the only product we use.  My husband and I use the body wash, the shampoo and conditioner as well as the moisturizers.  You have to try it.  The prices are unreal.  I can’t believe that it’s all so affordable!
