First Year of 100% Homeschool – I’m Nervous

I’ll admit, this year of school will probably be exactly the same as last year. I have kept the champions home since the insane shut down of everything sensible back in 2020. The government around the world is trying their hardest to reset the minds of people into a state of fear, but we refuse to give in. We Trust God.

So, we are home, not tapped into the public school system at all, and we are teaching 100% Biblical principles on a daily basis, plus math, science, history, language, foreign language, WHAT A CONCEPT right?! haha. bonkersdang.

I’m nervous. I think it’s more of an excitement than doubt however. As I try to type about my fears, I realize they aren’t there, and I’m actually just excited about the freedom I have in Jesus. How HE is my rock and Salvation. How He carries me through new waters, it isn’t a storm, it’s just new territory and He will be my guide. Praise you Jesus.

SO, this will be my morning routine, I want a daily start up plan for the 2/3rd grade immersion studies I have committed to. Here it is.

  1. Prayers for you in your homeschooling! … I homeschooled our daughter all the way through. Wouldn’t trade that special time for anything. Relax, enjoy, be flexible, and know it’s worth it… especially on those days where things don’t go as planned or hoped. 🙂
