Now on his way
to Jerusalem,
Jesus traveled along the border
between Samaria and Galilee.
As he was going into a village,
ten men who had leprosy
they met him.
They stood at a distance
and called out to him
in a loud voice, “
Jesus, Master,
have pity on us!
our days are dim
When he saw them,
he said,
“Go,
show
yourselves to the priests.”
And as they went,
they were cleansed.
And as they went,
they were cleansed.
And as they went,
they were cleansed!
One of them, it was only one of them
just one
when he saw he was healed,
came back,
with such loud praise
he was amazed
no more pain
no more sorrow
he was healed
He threw himself at Jesus’ feet
and thanked him—
and he was a Samaritan.
he was a Samaritan.
despised by Jews
he was only abused
but he saw the Lord
and knew his healing was his reward
for the past, His life
for helping those in strife
all he had done, his faith in God’s son
imagine this day
salvation had come his way
Jesus asked,
“Were not all ten cleansed?
Where are the other nine?
I know they are healed
i know they are fine
Has no one returned?
to give praise to God?
except this foreigner?”
on this road we trod
Then he said to him,
“Rise and go;
your faith has
made you well.”
it was your faith that made you well
