I live with a tremendous Gift.  He is the most beautiful man I have ever laid eyes on.  He took my breath away on the day we met.

He continues to be a hero every day.  God gave me you!

The best thing about us is our shared love for the Lord.  It’s super intense and it happened on the very same day.  God is so good.  He takes such good care of our hearts and souls.

I am thankful for my husband every day.  We are going to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary on August 30th.  I can’t believe it’s only 5 years.  I can’t remember what life was like without him.

One of my favorite things is that he supports me.  He loves my passion for sharing about our faith and our family.  He is so cute.  A couple of weeks ago found him on his laptop.  He had a really cute smile on his face.  I asked him what he was up to and he told me to sit down and listen.  He read this poem he wrote for me out loud.  He said he wanted to see if he could rhyme too and he wanted to let me know how special I am.  So here it is folks, my husband’s heart, and he told me I could share it with you too.  I hope it makes you smile.

My Wife

The most beautiful, sweet strong woman you’ll meet

She’s the very thing that makes my heart Beat.

Always working and trying, cleaning kids crying

doing the laundry washing up dishes, listening to all of our wishes

Running around cleaning and pleasing

constantly munchies “Please stop that teasing!”

My wife is the best in so many ways

no days off to rest and recharge

She loves us perfect with a heart so large.

she handles these challenges that face her each day

Never a second wasted away, She wakes up early and starts her day

Quiet munchkins don’t make a peep

what she would give for one night of sleep.

My wife is my angel i just have to say

God blesses my family is so many ways

The feeling i get when i hold her tight

It’s one that is perfect it suites me just right

God had a plan when he put us together

My love for my wife does not count on weather

She’s perfect for me, all that I need

Loving this Christian life that we lead

The bumps and the bruises that came over time

have taught us so much about the life left behind

Now we wake up every day, seeing the world in a whole different way.

I love you more than you’ll ever know

I love him.  He is mine.  I will protect him, keep him and cherish him until I die.  He is the bravest, most gentle, wise and loving man I have ever met.  He is my best friend.  God gave me him because somewhere, someday, and for some reason I did something awesome, and my husband is my reward.
