This parable is adapted for children to enjoy – the lesson of the lamp teaches us to shine our Christian light for the whole world to see. You would never take light and hide it when you are surrounded by darkness and searching for the way. We are taught to find the way and share it with others so the whole world is surrounded by the light of Jesus our Savior.
