We give it to God. And we pray for our local government. I know in everything we pray but I’m now we must stay stronger in prayer than ever. The mess is way bigger than any human can fix. It’s way too big. And if ever it is that we pray that God intervenes and heals our nation, builds up leaders and strengthens those that are with us now. We don’t give up and feel defeated when the kids make another mess. We shrug it off turn on some awesome music and just clean it up again. I’m sorry if that example seems simple but it’s so real, if your house gets messy do you give up or clean house again. Our country is our home. We respect it, love it and never give up on it. So it needs love. It needs respect. It needs citizens who are willing to help clean up. Nurture, not fight – offer a smile inspire of the frustration we feel. And know above all things that we serve a risen Savior. He is in the world today. I know that He loves us and He is working things out for the Good! People preach doom, gloom and despair, but that is not the hope God commands us to cling to. He says that a heart defeated and focused on fear is a heart that is not full of faith. If you have faith, true Faith then you believe in a promise of something you can’t see. And right now we can’t see the outcome. But we still know with 100% truth that our Lord is supreme. And He works out all things for Good. But it’s hHis time and His way.
Be encouraged! Focus your prayer in humble submission. Perhaps not praying for everyone else but look at yourself? Do you need to start working on you? Perhaps if we started fixing the things we need to work on inside ourselves that we would create something beautiful for Jesus – each drop of rain would eventually create a powerful flood that would wash this country clean.
Praise the Lord that we have Jesus. Praise the Lord that His promise rings true that the enemy can NEVER defeat Jesus. Read Job 5:12.
Stay fervent in prayer with me. We can simply pray “Help” and God knows our heart and He in His great wisdom – knows how to accomplish that request.
Praise His name! We love you Jesus. Please help me today, gentle my heart, forgive me of my sin. Please make me less of me – way less of me and make me more of You and please grant me more of Your wisdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen
