Romans 12:1-2
A Living Sacrifice
12 Therefore, I urge you,(A) brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice,(B) holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform(C) to the pattern of this world,(D) but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.(E) Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is(F)—his good, pleasing(G) and perfect will.

Take Up the Cross and Follow Him23 Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross [a]daily, and follow Me.
Praise your name Jesus. We love you so much. Thank you for forgiving us of our sins. We are so full of sin and you still love us. It’s so easy to see why when I look at my children. It’s a blessing to know a small portion of your love. I didn’t really know what love was until I met my kids. Thank you so much for them. I pray blessings on our families. Things in this world are boiling. There are crimes against children everywhere I look. Please help them Father. You love them. They are innocent and precious to you way more than we can imagine. Please keep them safe. Please confuse the plots of the enemy. Make them fumble. Please Make the outcomes good. Please glorify yourself in all things. Jesus taught us to pray – Your will be done, not mine, and that is so comforting. It take away my desires and makes them yours. You are a good God. You are a loving God. You are a God of mercy and truth. We cannot fear, we cannot boast, we cannot act – You have the whole world in your hands. I like it like that. Romans 12:2 has been my verse. It reminds me not to look at the world, because it distracts me from Your will and to focus on seeing things with my Jesus glasses. Thank you for Heroes all around us that are rising up and reclaiming their faith. Please let us walk in your light. Help us shine brighter for you each day. Thank you for your love. Thank you for the cross. Thank you for this life. Thank you for heaven with You one day. We trust you and praise you in all things. In Jesus Name Amen!!
You prayed and cried, got it out
You let it go, all your doubt
You built the wall, surrounding you
Used the stuff, paper, glue
Satisfied, you wash your hands
Enemy comes, they all stand
Behind the wall, scoff n’ mock
“OH, what fools,” their boastful talk
“Take them, now, They’re easy prey
Talk them all, take them away!”
Your family watches, on their knees
Praying, faithful, “Jesus please,
Glorify yourself, in every way
In obedience, we remain, we stay
We are faithful, to You today.”
The enemy came, and used it all
Their sweat, their blood, against the wall
Nothing could penetrate, it stood tall
Baffled, shocked, mystified
What is this? And you replied
Pages of the only word
Each speak truth, that can be heard
It’s faith, alive, The Rock, most strong
Words from Heaven, where we belong
And It’s Divine, cannot be destroyed
Look at your weapons, all deployed
Did you achieve, your destruction plight?
Did you penetrate, in that fight?
Do you see, the power of God
Are you victorious? Deserve applaud?
Now! Who is the fool, will you repent?
Will you accept? Or still resent?
It is your choice, it’s up to you
To hear, to see, The Word is true
I am protected, you now understand
I stand on The Rock of God’s Command.
