all of the distractions
plague us down
Lazy creatures
slothing through
life is waiting

to do a thing
and see what achieving
will eventually bring
My goal right now
is to get really fit
and lose gross chub
every last bit
Eat good food
the healthy kind
not plastic and sugar
that melt my mind
Work my body
mold a champ
tone my muscles
light this lamp
Become a beacon

Focus my mind
on greater things

THE TEMPLE GOAL
is to be so great
and this can’t linger

I started with 10 minutes
every day
it’s amazing what focus
brought my way
I notice lines
cut in my abs
I see strength
replacing flabs
An attitude of strength
destroying doubt

Let’s do this together, I have been watching this video every morning and I LOVE IT. Talk about success!!! I’m energized and sweating at the end, it’s crazy what just 10 minutes can do for your heart, soul and mind. I love the physical results I am achieving. Let’s do this!!!
