#Hockey #stick ?????????
10 minute & 30 second intervals. Christian music makes my day! I am so pumped to share this quick and SUPER INTENSE workout. I was gasping for oxygen when I finished recording it.
Don’t you scoff that hockey stick, try this and feel the BURN. My husband showed me how using a pole or stick can really intensify a routine workout. LOVE YA!!

get’er dun – I just watch the video and did the workout with my 2 mini champions, it was AWESOME! LEDGER is amazing too. Christian Rock is so energizing for the Soul – Praising God is the best thing ever. Our Temple Goal is to shine our lights as bright as possible so we can further HIS KINGDOM.
