Speck and the Log – a Children’s Parable

A Children’s Story based on the Parable told my the greatest teacher of all time – Jesus. This children’s story is based on the Log and the Speck. It teaches children to not brag about ourselves or judge others based on what we can see. Jesus teaches us to love and treat others the way that Jesus would want us to treat them – exactly the way He would – because we are all God’s Children. He loves us all the same and wants the best for us.

Leviticus 19:18

Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.

Matthew 7:12

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

1 Corinthians 13:13

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
