Day 10 has arrived!  I have achieved my Goal and I am so excited to say I did great!  I am so thankful for the strength God gave me to do this awesome Detox.  My total weight loss was a great success.  I also achieved my pain management goal too.  I am walking fine and my knee pain has reduced significantly.  I also feel strong, my clothes fit great, my skin is healthy, my hair feels smooth and my nails are strong and clear.  I am so glad I embraced this 10 Day Detox.  God is SO good!

Winners, do not make excuses.  Winners win, they see it through.  I did it.  I am a winner.  My name is Katie, and I make $5000 with my awesome Blog.  SimplyMySwank is a success.  I commit to my new healthy life and nothing is impossible with God.  I detach from my sick and I embrace my health, my happiness and my present state of success.  I love my healthy mindset, positive attitude and excellent relationship with my Lord, my family, my friends and my bloggers.

This Detox has healed me from the inside out.  I used to have a lot of stomach pain when I would eat my food, and with stomach pain comes a lot of embarrassing and smelly side effects.  I don’t have those issues anymore.  I love this new life!  It has freed me from so many toxic waste issues.

I love the compliments I am receiving as well.  When I took my daughter to dance class yesterday I had more compliments on my hair, my fitness and my appearance than I ever had before.  I shared my story with them and they were amazed at what a change I achieved in only 9 days!  This was really rewarding.  Everyone was really happy to see me without my leg brace as well.  Walking around without that hot, uncomfortable thing was a massive PRAISE!

Here is my before and after shot.  My knee is under less weight stress and therefore I have reduced my limping and pain.  The inflammation in my body has decreased significantly and I feel healthy and strong.  I am so glad I had the tenacity to see it through to the end.  I couldn’t have done it without my faith, my husband’s encouragement and all of my blogger friends.  Here is a massive THANK YOU to all of you.

I know I can do anything, that’s confidence, not bragging.  My next achievement is going to be conquering my arch nemesis.  If you have been reading from the beginning, you know what that is.  My upcoming posts are going to be how to conquer the things I dislike the most about housework.
