Thank God for my Health and Happiness.  I appreciate that the Christmas season was here and we all celebrated the birth of our ONE TRUE KING!  AMEN!

Everyone can relate to the ups and the downs of our lives.  The ebb and the flow.  Right now I am addressing my weight gain.  Did you gain weight too?

The Christmas/New Year indulgences have found themselves resting on my hips and belly.  I am happy that I had a great time eating some delicious food with my family, but now, with this new beautiful year – 2019 I am going to get back into focus, eat healthy and start my great exercise routines again.

Much of my healthy lifestyle is based on a routine.  When Christmas season comes around my beautiful routine is thrown out the window and I allow myself to succumb to other atypical routines.

I am not down-in-the-dumps about my weight gain, no!  I am actually excited because I love to overcome obstacles, to clean up my lifestyle and get back to that gorgeous figure I love to sport.

I love that this is day 1 of my getting back into a healthy routine!  So here is a picture of my first line of defense – breakfast!

Solid Food:

Steel Cut Oats, Organic Blueberries, Organic Cinnamon & Filtered Water

Mix your pot, boil and enjoy, I consumed only 1 cup of the mixture.  Plenty was left over for snacks, and such.

Power Weight Loss Drink:

Filter out the debris with a strainer – (optional) I’m super tactile and the gunk makes me gag.
