Weeding Chore

not so fun

I would rather

do anyone

of the chores

around my place

I’d rather laundry

shock awe face

I thought that laundry

was the worst

but the weeds grew

and became first

on my list

of “na, not me”

I do not like them

yet, you see

in the midst

of frustration

I found a method

of liberation

I discovered a way

to make it fun

and now I’m sharing it

with everyone

God is good

He shines a light

to make tough things

shine so bright

I share my solutions

to make life better

so we win,

we win together!

Psalm 23:1-6 

A Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.

He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

You can’t stifle the chills praising the LORD will bring – praise HIS name in every season, every moment, every time!  God’s Got US!!  There is power in the name of JESUS.  There is power in PRAYER
