10 Minute Workout – 30 Second Intervals

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

 

I love being fit and enjoying a healthy, strong and capable body.  It’s great to do activities and not be lagging behind because I simply can’t do it.  I can do everything because I keep this God-given blessing in tip-top shape.

10 minutes of non-stop & intense exercise is all you need to release happy endorphins, enjoy strong muscles, and encourage fit lungs.

This style of exercise is perfect for anyone, there is no excuse – 10 minutes is all we need and there is NO excuse for 10 minutes.  Team Swank, this is something we can all do.  Play this video and change your movements/exercise every 30 seconds!  Oh YEAH!
